We both agreed last night that food is wonderful. It takes fasting to really appreciate I think. We both made the mistake of talking about food. Thats the wrong thing to do when you are fasting. We both corrected each-other. Peta woke up feeling great, I felt a bit flat like Tuesday but came good after some yoga to wake my body up. We saw a movie which is a good way of distracting yourself and I’ve read a book.

P.S. the food I talked about was a burger made with mushroom and onions Shhhh!
